A new development by popular Emirati developer Sobha has attracted interest from local and foreign investors.
A new development in the Emirates near Dubai promises to be one of the most exclusive in the region. Selene Beach Residences on Sobha Siniya Island in Umm Al Quwain, often referred to as the “Maldives of Dubai,” is attracting attention for its unique combination of luxury and nature.
Sobha Siniya Island is located just 50 minutes from Dubai, 30 minutes from Sharjah and 10 minutes from Al Marjan Island, where a casino will be built,. It will offer a true paradise for those seeking tranquility and a luxurious lifestyle.
This project includes a collection of waterfront residences, villas, apartments and resorts overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Gulf. The island is all-natural and has been designed to combine comfort with the surrounding nature. Developer Sobha, known for delivering its projects on time and using the highest quality materials, often imported from Europe, has ensured that Siniya Island will become a symbol of luxury in the region.
Among the many amenities that will be available on the island will be a park, a mini marina, a golf course, a helipad, a shopping center, a beach, a children's play zone, and a bridge connecting the island to the mainland for use only by island residents. For those who dream of living on the island, reservation of the property requires only 2% of the value of the apartment, with the possibility of settling another 18% within 10 days of the first payment.
Sobha Siniya Island is a development that is poised to become one of the most desirable places in the region. The properties are currently at very attractive prices due to the fact that this is a large investment by a developer who wants to create a community on the island. The properties have the potential for a large increase in value over the next 5-7 years. According to plans, the first apartments will be ready for delivery in December 2027.
All clients who invest more than 750,000 dirhams in the property can apply for an investor residency (Emirates ID), and clients who invest more than 2 million dirhams can apply for a 10-year golden visa.
