The Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport named after the Ulm Family is experiencing its best time in history. In April 2025 alone, it served as many as 94,198 passengers, making this month a record-breaking one in the history of the Podkarpackie airport. This is as much as 17 per cent more than in the same period last year.
From the beginning of the year to the end of April, over 300,000 passengers have already used the airport's services. Everything indicates that if the current trend continues, the Podkarpacie airport will end 2025 with a historic result, exceeding previous forecasts.
"We are pleased with the way we have started the current summer season. Such a great result clearly shows that more and more travellers are choosing our airport as a convenient and accessible travel destination" commented Adam Hamryszczak, President of the Airport Management Board.
Connections to Warsaw, London, Munich and Milan are very popular, while Egypt and Turkey dominate among typical holiday destinations. Since April, passengers have been able to take advantage of new routes to Malta and Agadir in Morocco, and in May, more attractive destinations will be added to the network: Majorca, Djerba (Tunisia) and Tirana (Albania).
