After the inconvenience caused by the inability to pay with Revolut cards on board many airlines, the first carrier has started accepting this payment method again.
An important change for passengers of the Hungarian airline. Wizz Air will accept Revolut payment cards on board its planes.
Revolut is back in the game on board Wizz Air flights. The Hungarian carrier has again allowed passengers to pay with Revolut cards during boarding service. Now you can easily pay for a sandwich, coffee or perfume with your inter-currency card when flying Wizz Air.

Why was it previously impossible to pay with Revolut cards on board the Hungarian carrier? As Wizz Air explains it: it was related to too many attempts to pay for products without having sufficient funds on account. Then the airline had a problem enforcing overdue payments from passengers.
