Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport is not slowing down

Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport named after the Ulm Family Sp. z o.o. has once again recorded a historic result. In August alone, over 155,000 passengers used the services of the Podkarpacie airport, which represents an increase of over 12 per cent compared to the same month last year. Since the beginning of 2025, Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport has already served over 887,000 passengers.

Charter flights accounted for the largest share of August traffic. Almost 70,000 people used them. The most popular destinations were Turkey, Egypt and Greece. In the case of regular connections, flights to Warsaw, London, Munich and Milan were traditionally the most popular.

"The holidays are over, but the summer season in the aviation industry is still ongoing, so it is not yet time for final summaries. However, I can already say that this is the best season in the history of the Podkarpacie airport. We are delighted with the growing number of passengers, who have once again brought us a lot of joy. This record also means a commitment to continue developing the airport and consistently meeting the expectations of travellers," says Adam Hamryszczak, President of the Ulma Family Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport.

The airport in Jasionka is enjoying growing popularity not only among the residents of Podkarpacie. It is also increasingly chosen by travellers from other regions of Poland, who appreciate its intimate atmosphere, convenience and extensive network of connections.

“The growing number of passengers choosing the airport in Jasionka is a source of pride for the entire provincial government. We are delighted that residents are increasingly willing to use the regional airport. The consistency and commitment of the management and employees have made Jasionka stand out today as a unique point on the map of the province," emphasises Władysław Ortyl, Marshal of the Podkarpackie Province.

In total, the airport currently offers 31 routes to 16 countries. In October, the network of connections will expand with another new addition – direct flights to Edinburgh, Scotland.
