Poznan-Lawica Airport has reason to celebrate. August 2025 turned out to be a record month, with nearly 520,000 passengers using the airport's services. This result is 10 percent better than in the same period last year.
In August, Poznan airport served nearly 520,000 travelers, which is the best monthly result in the airport's history. The 10 percent year-on-year increase confirms that the growing network of connections and increasing interest in air travel are translating into the dynamic development of Lawica.
The record result was also influenced by intense operational activity – in August, Lawica Airport handled 4,936 takeoffs and landings. Such a large number of flights testifies to the growing popularity of the airport among both carriers and passengers.
