Poznań-Ławica Airport is implementing significant changes to its operations. Starting in the fall of 2026, the airport will enforce a complete ban on scheduling flights during nighttime hours—from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
The new regulations mean that Poznań Airport authorities have taken a decisive step toward reducing the nuisance associated with air traffic. The total ban on scheduling flights between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. will apply to all operations, which will significantly impact the organization of the flight schedule.
The introduction of these restrictions is not arbitrary—the decision has been officially approved by the Civil Aviation Authority. The main goal of the changes is to reduce noise generated by aircraft during nighttime hours.
