Warsaw-Modlin Airport is in talks with Koleje Mazowieckie regarding the launch of additional night trains.
To start with, here’s an example: as of 17 March, the last train from Modlin Airport to Warsaw Central Station departs 15 minutes past midnight. Passengers have to wait until 4:41 am for the next train. This means that passengers on five flights – from London Stansted, Barcelona, Milan-Bergamo, Bari and Athens – have no chance of returning to Warsaw by public transport at night. According to the pasażer.com website, the airport authorities want to change this.
Modlin Airport is in talks with Koleje Mazowieckie regarding the introduction of two or three additional night-time train departures from Modlin. Information from pasażer.com journalists reveals that discussions between the parties are in their final stages and passengers will soon have access to additional night-time connections from Modlin to Warsaw.
