Dubai proves once again that it is not afraid of spectacular projects. A street made of gold is to be built in the emirate – a unique attraction that will attract tourists from all over the world and further strengthen the city's position as the global capital of luxury.
The new investment will be located in the planned Dubai Gold District, where the so-called Gold Street is to be created. The project is set to become a new showcase for the historic part of the city and another symbol of Dubai's golden heritage.
This distinctive space will be a unique attraction for tourists and visitors to Deira, known for its traditional souks and gold trade. Gold Street is to combine modern architecture with the historic character of the district.
The real estate developer Ithra Dubai is responsible for the implementation of the investment. The company announces that details of the plans, architectural designs, exact locations, and functions of Gold Street will be revealed in stages.
