In February 2026, the Ulma Family Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport served 70,784 passengers, marking a 3% increase compared to the same period last year. Since the beginning of the year, a total of 140,327 travelers have used the airport’s services. February is yet another month confirming the growing interest in travel from Jasionka and the airport’s steady growth. The airport management cautiously forecasts that by the end of the year, the number of passengers served may exceed 1.3 million.
In the upcoming summer season, passengers will be able to choose from over 20 vacation destinations. The offer includes both popular destinations ideal for beach vacations and options for lovers of city breaks and sightseeing on the go. Among the new additions is Podgorica in Montenegro, which will be offered thanks to a partnership with Wizz Air.
“The steadily growing number of passengers is the result of the entire team’s work and an attractive network of connections, which we intend to consistently expand in cooperation with airlines and tour operators,” says Adam Hamryszczak, president of the Ulm Family Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport. The airport is consistently expanding its route network, providing residents of Podkarpacie and neighboring regions with an ever-greater choice and greater travel comfort.
It is worth noting that Ryanair, Europe’s largest carrier, has introduced a record-breaking summer flight schedule from Jasionka in the Podkarpacie region. During the 2026 season, passengers will have access to as many as 10 routes, including Edinburgh, which, following a successful winter debut, will also remain available in the summer. The offerings also include the return of popular summer destinations such as Malta and the charming city of Zadar.
