Record-Breaking February at Katowice Airport

In February, Katowice Airport handled 382,882 passengers, representing a 7.7 percent increase compared to the same period last year. This strong performance made it the best February in the history of Katowice Airport, which has been consistently increasing passenger traffic and expanding its route network for several years.

Along with the increase in the number of travelers, the number of flight operations also rose. In February, the airport recorded 2,967 takeoffs and landings, marking a 7.8 percent increase compared to the same month a year earlier.
