Poznań Henryk Wieniawski Airport is celebrating success. Airport authorities have announced that March 2025 was a record-breaking month in the history of the Greater Poland airport.
A total of 222,366 passengers were handled, representing a 26 per cent increase compared to March 2024. This impressive result is primarily due to the dynamic development of the low-cost route network. In March, low-cost airlines generated the highest passenger traffic at the airport. The most popular destinations? No surprise there – London Stansted and London Luton, which have been very popular among the region's residents for years.
The record-breaking March shows that Poznań Airport is consistently strengthening its position on the map of Polish regional airports. Growing statistics and the popularity of connections indicate significant growth potential in the coming months.
