A new website has been set up to collect entry fees for day trippers to Venice. The ticket costs between 5 and 10 euros.
Venice has set up a new website where day trippers can pay for their visit to the city. The website of the new portal is cda.ve.it/it. The fee for entering Venice will be 5 euros (as in 2024) or 10 euros for last-minute bookings (from 4 days before the visit). Hotel guests (including those from mainland Venice, i.e. the Mestre area), residents and children under 14 are exempt from the fee. When will you have to pay for a ticket to enter Venice in 2025?
The days in 2025 on which the entrance fee is payable between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. are as follows:
