The modernisation of toilets and waiting rooms, modern scanners for security checks, as well as renovated shops and restaurants are not the only new features at the Poznań airport. The airport in Poznań has introduced a new look for departure and arrival boards for greater passenger comfort.
Poznań-Ławica Airport is implementing further changes to increase passenger comfort. After installing modern CT scanners, which allow liquids and electronics to be removed from hand luggage during security checks, the final work on modernising toilets and shops and restaurants is still in progress. One change that has already been introduced is the new design of the departure and arrival boards at Poznań Airport.
The change in design is intended to make the information displayed on them more visible. As Port Lotniczy Poznań-Ławica writes on its Facebook page: ‘White signs on a black background will improve the readability of messages regardless of the sunlight. They will also make it easier to read the information from a greater distance’.
