Dubai Police is once again attracting worldwide attention. A modified Rolls-Royce Cullinan, a luxury SUV prepared by renowned tuner Mansory, has just joined its fleet.
This is not the first time that the Dubai police have opted for top-of-the-range cars – its garage already houses such gems as a Bugatti Veyron, a Lamborghini Aventador and an Aston Martin One-77. The new Cullinan from Mansory is another display of prestige and a love of luxury combined with functionality.
Under the bonnet of the new patrol vehicle is a 6.75-litre V12 engine with 610 horsepower. This luxurious colossus can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5 seconds and reach a top speed of 280 km/h – impressive figures, especially for a massive SUV.
Mansory has ensured that the Cullinan looks as aggressive as it drives. The car is equipped with a full aerodynamic package made of forged carbon fibre, widened wheel arches, redesigned bumpers and a new set of sports wheels that emphasise its predatory character.
Although it may seem that these types of vehicles are only used for promotional purposes and to impress tourists, the Dubai police also use them for representative and preventive patrols, especially in the city's tourist districts.
