The planned resumption of Jazeera Airways’ Kuwait-Krakow route will be delayed by almost a month – the first flights will not take off on 18 May, but several weeks later, on 10 June.
The route from Kuwait City to Kraków, operated by the Kuwaiti airline Jazeera Airways since 2024, will face an expected delay. Why expected? The US/Israeli war with Iran and the prolonged closure of Kuwait’s airspace have caused operational problems for domestic airlines. What is more, higher aviation fuel prices and logistical difficulties in returning to full operational capacity have forced a delay of almost a month in the resumption of flights to Poland. Not on 18 May, but on 10 June, Jazeera Airways will resume flights from Kuwait to Kraków. The low-cost airline from Kuwait will operate on this route from three flights a week at the start of the summer season, increasing to four to a maximum of five flights a week during the peak holiday season.
