According to the Fly4free.pl website, Wizz Air has been given approval to launch a new route from Warsaw to Abu Dhabi. The flights are scheduled to start in July 2025.
The carrier has the option to start flights from 13 July 2025, with the option of daily flights. The new route is to be operated by Airbus A321neo or A321XLR aircraft. If the route is indeed launched, it will be the longest flight in Wizz Air's network from Poland.
Despite obtaining permission, Wizz Air has not yet officially confirmed the start of flights. The carrier is still analysing the profitability of the route and the availability of aircraft before starting ticket sales.
