The ‘flight tracking’ function has been launched by Bolt

The new service was launched on Tuesday and is available exclusively in Krakow and at the Balice airport near Krakow. The function enables synchronisation of the passenger's arrival with the ordered ride. This means that the arrival of a Bolt taxi at the airport will be automatically adjusted to the actual landing time, taking into account possible delays.

When making a booking, the customer:

• Specifies the airport as the pick-up location,
• Enters the destination address,
• Enters the flight details (flight number, day and time of arrival, city of departure, etc.),
• Can specify how long after landing they want to be picked up.
   

Thanks to this feature, passengers can travel without worrying about possible delays, and the taxi will be waiting for them exactly when they need it. If the solution proves successful in Krakow, there is a chance that it will soon be expanded to other cities in Poland.
