Good news for travellers to Bulgaria! LOT Polish Airlines has announced an increase in the frequency of flights on the Warsaw-Sofia route. From the new summer season, flights will be operated five times a week.
The new schedule will come into effect on 30 March 2025. LOT Polish Airlines plans to introduce an additional evening rotation, allowing travellers greater flexibility in planning trips to the Bulgarian capital.
Flights on the Warsaw-Sofia route will be operated five times a week. The carrier will use aircraft from the Embraer family - the E170 and E195 models, which provide comfortable travel for both business and leisure passengers.
The decision to increase the number of flights is due to the growing interest in flights to Bulgaria. Sofia is not only an important business centre, but also a popular starting point for people discovering the country's attractions, such as the Rila Mountains, the Rila Monastery or the Black Sea coast.
