Heineken to build first commercial brewery in Dubai

Great news for fans of good beer. The first commercial brewery will be built in Dubai. Sirocco, a joint venture between Heineken and Maritime Mercantile International, is the company responsible for the construction. The brewery is expected to produce popular beer brands for the local market, offer bottling facilities for freshly weighed beer and attract thousands of tourists with its modern beer bars and restaurants.

Dubai's first brewery to be built

Construction of the first commercial premises in Dubai is expected to begin before the end of 2025. The Heineken Company is expected to open the brewery by the end of 2027. The company said it has already received all the necessary licences and permits to build its first commercial brewery in Dubai.
