Wroclaw Airport is the first airport in Poland to launch a passport office with biometric services. From now on, passengers can not only obtain a temporary passport, but also apply for a biometric document without having to visit the relevant office.
Wroclaw Airport has made history as the first airport in the country where you can obtain a biometric passport. This is the result of the expansion of the existing ministerial passport office, which previously only issued temporary documents. Thanks to the new solution, travellers now have quick and convenient access to full passport services without leaving the terminal.
The passport office has been equipped with the necessary biometric devices and has expanded its range of services. This means that, in addition to having your photo taken and your fingerprints taken, you can now submit a complete application for a biometric passport – just like at a traditional provincial office.
