Austria has raised its highway prices

Drivers travelling to Austria need to prepare for an increase in the price of highway tolls. One-day, 10-day, two-month and annual vignettes have become more expensive. The maximum increase is 8%.

Increase on Austrian highways. Travellers, especially those going to the Italian or Austrian alps for the holidays, will pay more for vignettes allowing them to drive on highways in Austria. The increase comes into effect on 1 January 2025. The ADAC association has made the new price list available online. How much do the new vignettes cost and what is the increase?

  • The cost of a one-day vignette will be €9.3.
     
  • The cost of a 10-day vignette will be €12.4.
     
  • The cost of a 2-month vignette will be €31.1.
     
  • The cost of an annual vignette for 365 days will be €103.8.
