Dubai is famous for its bold and spectacular investments, and the latest development project is set to bring the atmosphere of northern Italy to the Arabian Peninsula. Azizi Milan, a replica of Milan, will be built in the southern part of the city, at a cost of almost $20 billion.
This ambitious project aims to recreate the atmosphere of one of Europe's most elegant and cosmopolitan cities. Azizi Milan will feature residential buildings, luxury hotels, and retail and service spaces. The whole complex is expected to be as vibrant as the Italian fashion capital, attracting both Dubai residents and tourists from around the world.
Azizi Developments, one of the largest real estate developers in the United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the creation of the district. The full name of the project comes from the name of this company. According to the investors' announcements, the entire district is to be a showcase of modern urbanism combined with the southern European lifestyle.
The new district will be easily accessible thanks to the blue metro line, which is currently under construction. This connection will ensure fast and convenient transport between Azizi Milan and the rest of the city, which will further increase the attractiveness of the investment.
