Qatar Airways has announced changes to its summer flight schedule. From the peak of the summer season, the carrier will reduce the number of flights between Doha and Warsaw from two flights a day to 12 rotations a week.
The reduction will take effect on June 15. Flights QR 259/260 on Mondays and Wednesdays will be removed from the schedule. On other days of the week, the airline will maintain its current schedule – two flights a day between Doha and Warsaw.
This means that passengers traveling in the middle of the week will have one less rotation available, which may affect seat availability and ticket prices during the most popular holiday dates.
The changes do not only affect Poland. The carrier has also withdrawn selected flights between Doha and London Gatwick Airport and Venice. This is part of a broader optimization of the route network for the summer season.
