Dubai is investing in modern transport infrastructure. The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has officially opened a new bus station near the Stadium metro station. The facility will serve as a main transfer point for passengers travelling between bus and metro services
The Stadium bus station will be a key transport hub serving the rapidly developing districts of Al Nahda and Al Qusais. Its proximity to the metro station will ensure convenient integration of transport modes and facilitate daily commutes for residents and tourists.
The RTA has announced that all road works along the bus routes leading to the facility have been completed as part of the opening of the new station. In addition, modern traffic lights have been installed on the routes to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow.
Ten special bus stops have been designated on the route leading to the new station to improve punctuality and comfort. The station has been designed to meet the growing transport needs of the city and to integrate it with Dubai's extensive public transport network.
