Krakow-Balice Airport ended 2025 with a historic result. Krakow Airport handled over 13.2 million passengers, setting an absolute record in its history and confirming the growing importance of Małopolska on the aviation map of Europe.
The year 2025 went down in the history of Krakow airport as a breakthrough. For the first time, the barrier of 13 million passengers served was exceeded, and the symbolic 13 millionth traveler was checked in on December 25. Such an impressive result is the effect of a growing number of connections and high interest in both tourist and business travel.
The end of the year also brought very good results. In December alone, the airport handled exactly 1,095,752 passengers, which shows that air traffic in Krakow remains high even outside the holiday season.
