Saudi Arabian airline Flynas is planning to launch a new route from Riyadh to Cracow. The route is scheduled to start in June 2025.
According to rynek-lotniczy.pl, the first flight on this route will take place on 26 June 2025, and the last one in the summer season on 31 August. Flynas has already submitted all the necessary documents, but the carrier is still awaiting formal authorisation from the Polish Civil Aviation Authority (ULC). Once the authorisation has been granted, the flights will be operated with Airbus A320neo aircraft, which can accommodate 174 passengers.
The seasonal connection from Cracow to Riyadh is the next step in the development of Flynas' route network, which can facilitate travel for both tourists and business travellers. If the connection is well received, the airline may consider extending it or increasing the frequency of flights in the future.
