CDG Express will link central Paris with Charles de Gaulle Airport

From 28 March, CDG Express trains will link Paris’s Charles de Gaulle Airport with the city centre. The journey will take 20 minutes, and a single ticket will cost 25 euros.
On 28 March 2027, the CDG Express rail service will launch, running from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris, specifically to Gare de l’Est station in the city’s 10th arrondissement. The trains will be operated by Hello Paris. A one-way journey will take around 20 minutes, and the price for a standard one-way ticket will be 25 euros. Why such a steep price? The CDG Express is positioned as a premium service, featuring 420 seats, several zones on board, free Wi-Fi, USB ports for charging electronic devices, and significantly more comfortable seating than on other trains. Discounts are also planned for, for example, frequent travellers, young people and holders of the Navigo card for public transport in Paris.
