Another province in Poland will have its own tourist voucher! The Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province plans to introduce the Mazury Tourist Voucher later this year. What are the details?
The success of the Podlasie Tourist Voucher, the second batch of which sold out in 10 minutes on 1 June, is prompting another province to take steps to introduce its own voucher. Which province are we talking about? Warmińsko-Mazurskie. The details of the programme are not yet known, so we do not know the amount of funding or the value of the vouchers. However, we do know that the Mazury Tourist Voucher will be launched later this year and can only be used in September and October.
The tourist voucher for the Warmian-Masurian Province is intended to extend the tourist season and attract more tourists to the region. Industry experts estimate that the introduction of the Mazury Tourist Voucher may lead to lower holiday prices. Why? Because hoteliers and service providers will earn money for two months longer, and lower prices will attract more tourists.
