LOT Polish Airlines is gradually resuming flights to the Middle East after a hiatus of several months due to the tense geopolitical situation in the region.
LOT’s flights to the Middle East were suspended on February 28 following the U.S.-Israeli strike on Iran. LOT resumed flights from Warsaw to Tel Aviv on June 1, while flights from Kraków to Israel were restored on June 6.
This is not the only route being reactivated in the Polish airline’s network. On July 1, the first flight to Beirut since the suspension will depart, and the carrier will resume flights to Riyadh the following day.
