After a nearly seven-year break, Latvian airline airBaltic will resume direct flights from Warsaw-Chopin Airport to Riga, the capital of Latvia.
Flights from Warsaw to Riga on board airBaltic will resume on March 30, 2026, after a nearly 7-year hiatus (since their suspension in August 2020). The route from Chopin Airport to the Latvian capital will operate three times a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. According to pasazer.com, this may not be the only new connection from Poland to Riga, as airBaltic has also received slots at Poznań Airport, which may suggest the launch of a direct Poznań-Riga route in the near future.
