Warsaw Airport with a new automatic boarding system

A modern automatic boarding system has been launched at Warsaw Chopin Airport, which is expected to significantly speed up and improve the boarding process. This is another step towards the digitalisation of passenger services at Poland's largest airport.

The new system is currently operating in the Schengen zone and allows boarding time to be reduced by up to half. The solution can be used by passengers departing from gates 27–32, 36–37 and 38–41, where ten double self-service gates have been installed.

The new system is intuitive to use – just scan your boarding pass and the gate will open automatically, allowing you to proceed to the departure area. This solution reduces queues and waiting times, and makes boarding smoother.
