The well-known route from Cracow to Riga will become more frequent. Irish carrier Ryanair has announced that it will increase the number of flights between the capital of Lesser Poland and the capital of Latvia from the beginning of June.
Currently, Ryanair operates four flights a week on the Cracow-Riga route. The planes fly on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, offering passengers convenient options for both short trips and longer stays in the Baltic States.
From June, the route will be supplemented by a Friday flight, meaning that there will be five flights a week on this route. This is good news not only for tourists planning a city break, but also for business travellers.
The increase in flight frequency is proof of the growing interest in the connection between Poland and Latvia. The additional rotations will allow for better travel planning and will certainly contribute to the popularisation of Riga as an attractive destination from Krakow.
