Emirates is investing in the development of its cabin crew by opening a modern training center in Dubai. At the new center, nearly 25,000 crew members will be trained in the highest standards of passenger service, which are the hallmark of the carrier.
The newly opened center is an investment worth $8 million, designed to provide the crew with the conditions to learn and improve their skills at the highest level. The facility features eight modern training rooms, an elegant show kitchen, and a spacious restaurant with a relaxation area for 170 guests.
According to Emirates' plan, more than 10,000 cabin crew members will be trained at the new center by the end of this year. The training covers not only passenger service, but also communication skills, teamwork, and emergency response.
