Uzbekistan Airways has announced on its social media that it will launch a direct route from Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, to Warsaw.
We do not yet know the exact details of this new service – neither when the new airline will appear in Warsaw, nor how many flights there will be per week, nor what the prices will be. Uzbekistan Airways announced the connection to Warsaw on its social media, posting a video on Instagram with a panorama of Warsaw and the caption ‘coming soon’. As confirmed by Fly4free.pl journalists, the airline has wanted to launch this route for a long time. This will be competition for LOT Polish Airlines, which already flies directly from Warsaw-Chopin to Tashkent. The announcement of further flights from Poland to Uzbekistan is proof of the growing interest of Polish tourists in this amazing country, as well as convenience for the growing Uzbek community working in Poland.
