In Dubai, order a cab quickly and safely via WhatsApp
Ordering a cab in Dubai has become even easier with a new option that allows you to book a ride for Hal via WhatsApp. Now, instead of calling or using the app, simply send a text message to seamlessly order a ride.
Thanks to a smart chatbot designed to manage bookings in real time, the process of ordering a cab is quick and extremely user-friendly.

All you need to do is send a message saying “Hi” to the 800 number of HALATAXI (4252 8294), and the chatbot will ask for your location and confirm the details of your ride.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message with driver information and estimated arrival time. In addition, a link will be provided to track the cab in real time, which you can also send to your family or friends.
Importantly, fares for rides ordered via WhatsApp are identical to other cab ordering methods. Payment can be made either in cash or by card, once you reach your destination.
