Dubai DXB Airport, one of the world's largest airports, has introduced a new service designed to make it much easier for passengers to reach their drivers. The DXB Greet & Go system has been created for people who have booked a hotel, limousine or tour operator services in advance.
The new service operates in Terminal 3 at DXB Airport. After landing and collecting their luggage, guests can go to a special kiosk where they scan a unique QR code. Once scanned, all key pick-up information will be displayed on the screen:
The system is designed to speed up the process of reaching the driver, reduce congestion in the arrivals hall, and facilitate the organization of transport from the airport. An additional convenience is the presence of multilingual Dubai Airports staff who, after scanning the code, will escort guests directly to the vehicle.
