British runner runs all 7 Emirates in under 6 days for charity
British endurance athlete Harry Amos has achieved a remarkable feat – he has run 630 kilometres across the entire United Arab Emirates, covering all seven emirates in record time.

Harry Amos set off on Sunday from the Emirate of Fujairah and crossed the finish line on the UAE-Saudi Arabian border on Thursday morning, achieving an incredible time of 5 days, 21 hours and 30 minutes. He has thus set a new record for running across all seven emirates in a long-distance run.
Amos' challenge was made possible thanks to the support of many sponsors, including Spinneys, M42, Healthpoint Hospital and Mubadala Health Dubai, who provided him with 24-hour medical care. His run was not only intended to test the limits of human endurance, but above all to draw attention to the problem of diabetes in the UAE and to provide financial support to people in need of diabetes care. His charitable initiative aimed to raise 50,000 AED for the International Diabetes Federation.
