Alaska Airlines will launch its first direct flight to Europe. The destination will be Rome, with flights departing from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in Washington State.
Alaska Airlines is expanding its flight network. The American airline's first route will be from Seattle to Rome. Flights from Washington State's largest city to the Italian capital will be operated by Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners four times a week. Alaska Airlines emphasises that convenient connections to Italy are a priority for its passengers, which is why this was the airline's first choice of destination in Europe.
