Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport ended March with another great result. 81,792 passengers used the airport's services, which means an increase of over 21% compared to last year. Since the beginning of the year, the airport has already served over 200,000 travellers.
‘We are very pleased with the rapidly growing interest in our airport's offer, which is the result of our extensive network of connections, as well as the growing importance of the Podkarpackie region as an important communication point in south-eastern Poland,’ said Adam Hamryszczak, president of the Ulma Family Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport.
The most popular flights were to London, Warsaw and Munich. The Rzeszów airport offers 10 regular connections and over 20 holiday routes, giving passengers the opportunity to travel to 30 cities in 17 countries.
Our plans for the coming years include the development of a network of connections and expansion of the airport infrastructure, as well as investments related to improving the safety and comfort of passengers. We want to continue to be a key airport in this part of the country and maintain the trust of travellers, which is the result of the work of the entire team of our airport employees who care about the highest standard of service,’ adds President Hamryszczak.
