What is the availability of tickets?

The availability of tickets is unlimited. You can even purchase them on the day of your scheduled entry.

Is the transfer from the hotel included in the price?

The transfer is not included. Access to the attractions is on your own.

What are the opening hours of the facility?

09:00 – 18:00

How are tickets transferred?

Tickets are sent by email as a PDF file. You do not need to print them out. Only the booking person's details are on the ticket.

Do I need to bring my passport?

You do not need to bring your ID with you, however we suggest you have photos of your children's passports on your phone in case of a possible inspection.

Can the garden be reached by public transport?

The Butterfly Garden can be reached by bus line 105 from the bus terminal at Mall of The Emirates.

What is the validity of the ticket?

The ticket is valid for 30 days from the date you book, you can use the attraction any day at any time.
