What is the availability of tickets?
The availability of tickets is unlimited. You can even purchase them on the day of your scheduled entry.

Is it included in the ticket price to touch the penguins and be next to them?
No. The ticket price includes access to a room where you can admire the creatures through glass. An encounter with the penguins is possible, but this is at an additional cost on site.

Is the hotel transfer included?
Transfer is not included. Access to the attraction is on your own.

How are the tickets transferred?
Tickets are emailed to you in a PDF file. You do not need to print them out. Only the booking person's details are on the ticket.
