From 16 December 2024, travellers will be able to take advantage of a direct service from Paris to Berlin that will cover the route between the cities in just 8 hours. Ticket prices for the new express route will start at €59, making it an attractive offer for tourists and business travellers alike. The new connection has the potential to make travel between France and Germany easier and to increase the popularity of rail as a mode of transport.
On 15 December, passengers will be able to test a new, faster route between Brussels and Amsterdam. The express service will cut journey times to just 1 hour and 50 minutes, an exceptional result on this popular route. Ticket prices for the new train start at €45, which is sure to attract travellers between Belgium and the Netherlands, whether for tourism or business.
