End of Ryanair flights from Poland to Billund in Denmark

This is terrible news for all LEGO fans in Poland. Ryanair has closed its base of operations in Billund, home to the original LEGOLAND. This means the removal of routes from Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdansk.
Do you like LEGO? If so, you probably know that the world-famous bricks come from Denmark, and the world's first and original LEGOLAND is located in the city of Billund. Until March, passengers from Poland will be able to easily fly to Billund from several Polish cities. Unfortunately, in March 2025, Ryanair will close its operational base in Billund. This means the removal of as many as 4 routes from Poland to the city of LEGOLAND: planes will no longer fly to Billund from Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdansk.
The reason for closing the operational base in Billund, Denmark, is the introduction of an air tax in Denmark, which the airline has described as the ‘last nail in the coffin’. Since January this year, Denmark has been charging 50 Danish kroner for each passenger leaving the country. After the routes from Poland to Billund are removed for the summer season, the only regular connection to this city from Poland will be the LOT Polish Airlines route from Warsaw-Chopin.
