Dubai continues to consolidate its position as a global hub for luxury residential developments. Private developer Damac on Wednesday announced a new project, Riverside Views, which will feature a unique ‘riverside’ estate concept and innovative amenities.
One of the biggest selling points of the new development is the price - one-bedroom flats will be available from 888,000 dirhams, making the project attractive to investors and those looking for affordable properties, just like the Siniya Island project from developer Sobha.
Riverside Views will be built in Dubai Investment Park, a booming business and residential district offering great transport links and access to modern infrastructure.
The developer announces that Riverside Views will offer unique features that will set it apart from other developments in Dubai. Among the planned amenities will be a floating opera house and urban farms that will provide residents with fresh produce and an organic space to relax.
