The number of spots is limited. We suggest booking a few days in advance of the planned trip.

The transfer is not included. Getting to the attractions is on your own.

Descents are from 10:00 am to 5:20 pm, every 20 minutes.

Tickets are emailed to you in a PDF file. You do not need to print them. Only the details of the person making the reservation are on the ticket.

You need to be at the venue 20 minutes before the booked time of the tour.

The collection point is at Dubai Marina Mall on level L2. From there, there is a shuttle service to the zip line starting point.

I would definitely recommend this attraction, very well organised and a super experience!

Little hard to find but people will help! We were half hr late but they were surprisingly still waiting for us! They were all fantastic friendly funny professional and swift. Possessions are safe in a locker and have water coolers. You can take your phone! They put it in a fanny pack and strap it you somehow. Makes it convenient to get pix up there before flying. They hand it right back to you as soon as you’re being unharnessed. This is the smoothest running operation I’ve ever seen!

My wife experienced the zip line, she had a great experience. Mainly they helped her to calm down before the line, they were friendly and knowledgeable. And ofcourse the line and views were spectacular.
