What is the availability of tickets?
The availability of tickets is unlimited. You can purchase them even on the day of your scheduled entry.

Is the transfer from the hotel included in the price?
The transfer is not included. Getting to the attraction is on your own.

How are tickets transferred?
Tickets are emailed to you in a PDF file. You do not need to print them. Only the details of the person making the reservation are on the ticket.

How long can you be on site?
You can spend the whole day at the water park. The ticket entitles you to enter from the moment the park opens. The later you go, the less time you have inside.

What are the opening hours of the facility?
You can find the current opening hours here: https://www.atlantis.com/atlantis-the-palm/about/faq Opening hours change slightly (+/- 1h) depending on the season. As a guide, the hours are 09:45 - 18:00.

Is it possible to purchase a Fast Track Pass?
Fast Track Pass is available for purchase on site after entering the park at the sales points.

Are towels included?
Towels can be rented at the aquapark. Prices start from 35 AED.

Are lockers included in the price?
Lockers at the water park are charged extra. Prices start at 50 AED.

What is the validity of the ticket?
The ticket is valid on the day you have indicated in your reservation.

Do I need to have an identity document?
You do not need to bring ID with you, however, we suggest you have passport photos of your children on your phone in case of a possible inspection.
