What is the availability of private tours?

Private tours are available daily. Book up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. In high season (October to April), we suggest booking it several days in advance.

Do you pick up from the hotel for the trip?

Yes, for a private tour we pick up from the specified hotel/building. The transfer is 2 ways.

Does the price include a tip for the driver?

No, the price does not include a tip for the driver or guide. As a rule, it is a few dirhams, depending on your satisfaction with the service provided.

Is the price per car or per person?

The price quoted is for a car up to a certain number of people. For example, if there are 4 of you, you choose the variant up to 7 persons.

Are tickets to the places visited included?

The price does not include any entrance tickets. There is no time to visit the facilities inside during the tour. Distances in Dubai are considerable and just getting around is time-consuming.

Is it possible to enter the Burj Khalifa during the tour?

The entrance to the Burj Khalifa is possible during the tour, but it will take about 2-3h depending on the queue to get up and down. Admission tickets additionally available for purchase.

What time does the tour start?

You can choose any time to start the tour.

What time does the tour end?

The tour ends after about 5 or 8 hours, depending on the option chosen.

Do you drive back to the hotel after the tour?

Yes, at the end of the tour, the driver will drive you to the pickup location. If you want to stay in town or end the tour at another location, this is possible after informing us in advance by e-mail.

Is it possible to extend the tour already in progress?

Yes, you can extend the tour. You must express your desire to extend the tour to the driver. Each hour started is payable immediately to the driver in cash. The cost is 250 AED/hour.

Is there a guide included in the price of the private tour?

No, the tour guide is not included. It is possible to hire a guide for a private tour, just select such an option in the booking form.
