What is ticket availability?

The availability of tickets is unlimited. You can even purchase them on the day of your scheduled entry.

Is the hotel transfer included?

Transfer is not included. Access to the attraction is on your own.

What are the facility's opening hours?

Monday to Thursday: 10:00 - 22:00 Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

How are tickets transferred?

Tickets are emailed to you in a PDF file. You do not need to print them out. Only the booking person's details are on the ticket.

Is it necessary to bring a passport?

You do not need to bring ID with you, however, we suggest you have photos of your children's passports on your phone in case of a possible inspection.
