What is the availability of tickets?
Availability is severely limited. During the season from October to May, book up to one month in advance!

Is the transfer from the hotel included?
The transfer is not included. Access to the attractions is on your own.

What are the opening hours of the facility?
Daily 10:00 - 21:30 (last entry 19:30).

How are tickets transferred?
Tickets are sent by email as a PDF file. You do not need to print them out. Only the booking person's details are on the ticket.

Do I need to bring my passport?
You do not need to bring your ID with you, however we suggest you have photos of your children's passports on your phone in case of a possible inspection.
