What is the availability of flights?
Flights take place on a daily basis. Flight availability is severely limited. We suggest booking a few days in advance of the planned attraction, and up to 4 weeks in advance during the season from October to April.

Is the transfer from the hotel included?
The transfer is not included. Access to the attractions is on your own.

What times are available?
Flights are from 9:45am to 5:20pm.

How are tickets transferred?
Tickets are sent in the form of an email with the ticket number, time, booking date and passenger details. Show the email on site with your passports.

What time do I have to be on site?
You must be on site no later than 45 minutes before your booked flight time.

Is the price for a child the same as for an adult?
The price for a child is the same as for an adult. The child occupies a seat in the helicopter.

What is the best time to fly?
Any time of day is good for flying. Visibility is unpredictable, so adjust your choice of time to suit your schedule.

Who cannot take the flight?
Children under the age of 3 are not allowed on the flight. Persons weighing more than 110 kg may be transferred to another flight that meets safety requirements for the overall weight of passengers. A trip will not be possible if a belt 'extender' is required to buckle up.

Do I need to bring my passport?
Every participant on a flight must bring an identity document.

How many seats are there in the helicopter?
Up to 6-7 passengers can take part in the flight. The pilot is the 7th-8th person (depending on the helicopter).
